New Gear
I purchased some new workout equipment a week ago and so far I love the response from my body. I bought knee wraps and a weight lifting belt for my back. My current workout program is progressing very well. I’m doing a lot of static and compound lifts. Especially exercises where my arms are extended with weights over my head with large amounts of weight. I’m using my core to stabilize my body, and I pull my abs in tight with every contraction. Also, I’m implementing a lot more rubber bands and kettle balls into my training routine. I alter my cardio regimen every other week. There is 1 week of regular cardio, alternated with 1 week of H.I.T.T. cardio: Things are progressing along pretty well. Have faith!
