day after turkey day training
so this year i decided to go to the gym instead of buying **** i dont know since im broke and make massive payments on my student loan now which sucks. so i took advantage og the gym pretty much being all to me since everyone is all caught up in the day. so i did biceps and really pushed my limits in all of my excercises and did some extra sets to really get the blood going to the muscles. but today and as a training dat was a great day need many more of these days and i will be so ready and fit for the beach. trying to get some abs for once in my life so if you guys have any input on tips to get them let me know id appreciate it. later guys
