Gain and then lose vs. gain lean muscle
Thursday, June 28th, 2007so i’m new to bodybuilding, and i don’t understand this offseason-onseason stuff. I have three months to hit my goal, should i gain a lot of wieght and then lose the fat, or just gain lean muscle the whole time? My goal is to get a LOT bigger than i am now. Any advice?
