so i’m new to bodybuilding, and i don’t understand this offseason-onseason stuff. I have three months to hit my goal, should i gain a lot of wieght and then lose the fat, or just gain lean muscle the whole time? My goal is to get a LOT bigger than i am now. Any advice?

my before pictures have been posted! please give me any advice, more workouts, and if you know someone who can help me get into bodybuilding, that would help too! I love the inputs i have gotten already, thanks for the push!!

I am posting some before pics today, and some progress pics, but the REAL pics come out on Sept. 24! This is the date of my goals, and hopefully i will meet them all! I will unleash all pics of my physique on 24 sept, so come back, and see if i made it!!! please leave me comments and don’t sugarcoat anything, tell me everything i need improvement on.
