I know this may sound ridiculous as it does to me too but, recently a friend of mine commented on how bodybuilders who start at an early age (men in their teens) stunt their growth. Granted she really had no scientific data to back up her claims, except to say her own father who had started weight training at an early age, stopped growing to the height that genetically he should have been disposed. I, myself have never heard of such a thing (and frankly it sounds like crock to me) as I am a believer in genetics playing a key role in determining height growth. So how could it be possible that weight training interfere with the genetic process? Can anyone shed light on this?

My flavor: Vanilla Creme - must admit it’s quite tasty, with a slight medicinal after taste. I have been on micronized creatine since October of last year and wanted to add to my supplement intake. Hoping MM truly works its wonders on me . . . would be interested in hearing what others have to say, users and none users alike.
