		<title>Functional workout &#038; Pilates Today</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I decided to add in functional training today&#8230;.I went to a nice grassy area and took a jump rope and resistance band with me&#8230; I just came up with it when I got there&#8230;I wasn&#8217;t in the mood to run the stairs and this was a great change of pace for me&#8230;. so I warmed up with a 5 minute jog and then I jumped roped for 5 minutes followed by 1 minute of jump squats, 1 minute sit ups, 1 minute pushups, 1 minute lunges, 1 minute jump squats on to a bench&#8230;. after this sequence I went back to the jumprope for 5 minutes&#8230; I repeated this sequence for about 40 minutes &#8230; with a couple rests in between because I was really OUT OF BREATH !!! Then, I came home and had a protein shake&#8230;.and poped in a windsor pilates tape ( yes ~ tape it&#8217;s freakin old )and worked on my core&#8230;.it&#8217;s a good day so far ! xoxo Gina

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'">This week was a little challenging for me trying to keep up with my aggressive workout goals, work, home, and everything else&#8230;. but I kept doing the best I could.  I missed a cardio session this week&#8230;.but that&#8217;s ok &#8230; I&#8217;m not going to beat myself up about it&#8230;. I&#8217;m really getting into Yoga &#8230; I love that it&#8217;s challenging for me and it really brings me into the present moment&#8230;. I can actually quiet my mind and just be with my body&#8230;. sounds weird but it feels good &#8230; and my posture is really looking good&#8230;. </p>
<p></span><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'">This next week my goal will be to eat only fish as my protein source and all of my veggies raw &#8230; my intentions are to give my body as much nutrients as possible &#8230; when incorporate more raw veggies my skin really glows &#8230; and my goal is always to look as good as my body does with my hair, skin, and nails&#8230; xoxo Gina </p>

I may add some outside cardio this weekend &#8230; by the beach &#8230;.really early in the morning &#8230; to beat the heat &#8230; and I love running sprints up stairs &#8230; I love the BURN !!! Also, I&#8217;m adding some yoga tonight &#8230;. flexiblity is part of looking young &#8230;. it&#8217;s one of those things you can&#8217;t really pinpoint in someone but it really makes a difference in how you carry yourself&#8230;   ex.  babies REALLY flexible &#8230; senior citizens REALLY stiff &#8230; I know what your thinking &#8230; it&#8217;s challenging enough to get cardio and weights in but I PROMISE it&#8217;s just the &quot;icing on the cake&quot; to your figure &#8230; men and women .. xoxo Gina

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today my friend Cynthia and I busted BALLS doing an AMAZING plyo workout&#8230;we used a med ball for 1/3 of the workout&#8230;jumping squats, jump lunges, and many more plyo moves&#8230;we where &quot;sweating like hostages&quot;  by the end of the workout&#8230;let me just say that everyone on the cardio machines looked like they where wasting their time&#8230;what I mean is that you realize how much more effort and energy it takes to push out a good plyo workout instead of getting on a cardio machine and just going throught the moves &#8230;.. aaahhh..I feel amazing right now&#8230;I will go back tonight for a circuit weight training session&#8230;I was soo wiped out with the plyo workout I couldn&#8217;t even think about weight lifting&#8230; and my oatmeal was well deserved today!!! I am soo happy today &#8230;. I feel like I am going to burst !! No reason other than I am soo grateful to wake up another day&#8230;in this great country we live in &#8230;. I healthy, alive, and happy !! Life is DELISHISH&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; Lets all live in the moment today ; )

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I met my sweet girlfriend Cynthia at the gym today&#8230;and we got on the treadmill and did some sprint work&#8230;we warmed up for a couple of minutes ( fast walk ) Then we began to really work up a sweat&#8230;.I really really love to run&#8230;your body just feels so strong when you are running at full speed&#8230;.I try not to run too much because my trainer says I&#8217;ll get a flat backside if I run&#8230;so that&#8217;s not very sexy&#8230;..anyways&#8230;it was a sprint workout so I&#8217;m not too worried&#8230;.you know what really really made the sprint workout intense ??? getting off the treadmill every so often and doing some jump squats, jump lunges, pushups, &amp; sit ups&#8230;then back on the treadmill for another sprint&#8230;ok so everyone thinks I&#8217;ve gone crazy at the gym but man… that really takes the cardio workout to another level&#8230;.I’m going later tonight back to the gym for a circuit training session&#8230;according to my trainer&#8230;there is no such thing as a weekend for a competitor&#8230;so it&#8217;s business as usual for me &#8230;that&#8217;s ok  I am grateful for my life and the opportunity to indulge myself in such a fun hobby !  LIFE IS DELISHISH EVERYONE&#8230;.go out there and have some fun… let&#8217;s all just lighten up about our lives and just relax today and be in the moment&#8230;.HAPPY HALLOWEEN &gt;&gt;&gt;WOOHOO&gt;&gt;&gt;

And then &#8230; I get to EAT &#8230;.  ok just  a little : )
