Week 2 Down !
This week was a little challenging for me trying to keep up with my aggressive workout goals, work, home, and everything else…. but I kept doing the best I could. I missed a cardio session this week….but that’s ok … I’m not going to beat myself up about it…. I’m really getting into Yoga … I love that it’s challenging for me and it really brings me into the present moment…. I can actually quiet my mind and just be with my body…. sounds weird but it feels good … and my posture is really looking good….
This next week my goal will be to eat only fish as my protein source and all of my veggies raw … my intentions are to give my body as much nutrients as possible … when incorporate more raw veggies my skin really glows … and my goal is always to look as good as my body does with my hair, skin, and nails… xoxo Gina
