Plyo Workout !
Tuesday, November 4th, 2008Today my friend Cynthia and I busted BALLS doing an AMAZING plyo workout…we used a med ball for 1/3 of the workout…jumping squats, jump lunges, and many more plyo moves…we where "sweating like hostages" by the end of the workout…let me just say that everyone on the cardio machines looked like they where wasting their time…what I mean is that you realize how much more effort and energy it takes to push out a good plyo workout instead of getting on a cardio machine and just going throught the moves ….. aaahhh..I feel amazing right now…I will go back tonight for a circuit weight training session…I was soo wiped out with the plyo workout I couldn’t even think about weight lifting… and my oatmeal was well deserved today!!! I am soo happy today …. I feel like I am going to burst !! No reason other than I am soo grateful to wake up another day…in this great country we live in …. I healthy, alive, and happy !! Life is DELISHISH>>>> Lets all live in the moment today ; )
