projected training for week 1
Sunday, October 5th, 2008Well I know I promised progress photos for this weekend but in order to display them I must have photos with 2 different dates. Sooooo that gives me one more week shed some light on a "shitty" situation lol. I’ll start working out once again tomorrow. The plan is to start training with TMG at RunTex again. I’ve been saying this for quite some time. I have to get back in shape for reasons I can’t discuss at this moment. It’ll be a crazy week for me. My training should look something like this:
Mon: Temp training with RunTex (Running, with some light jogging w/calisthenics)
Tuesday: Easy 1 hour bike ride (with lots of stretching, abs, pilates if I have time)
Wednesday: RunTex training (probably lots of 250 meter hill sprints, light jogging w/calisthenics)
Thursday: Easy 1 hour bike ride (stretching, abs)
Friday: RunTex (probably AHS track for circuit training or a mix of tempo training and all out sprints, light jogging w/calisthenics)
Saturday: Will be a toss up. It depends on how I’m feeling. 2-3 hour bike ride or yoga (we’ll have to see what my wheels are feeling like)
This week I’m being careful not to over train and making sure I get all 6 meals in everyday. I’ll post an example of what I’m eating later on.
