Well, for the 1.2 people wo read my blog… I have been in Va Beach going through training for Navy stuff so that I may go work with Spec War guys. Well logic being what it is, if you want to play with Spec War, you gotta be in shape. We PT every day for at least an hour running anywhere from 2.3 miles to 6 miles a day on everything from the beach to the road to the track. We do interval training, aerobic training… all sorts of stuff. Well thats great and wonderful for burning fat and building strength/ endurance, but I want muscle mass as well. So I have been doing 2 a days. My morning class PT and then going to lift in the evenings (as indicated by my Work Out Journal in the Forums). I have to say that I have never felt more in shape and alive in my life. Every day I feel like I can do more than the previous day and some times I do. I usually finish every work ot with a smile too.

So it ha been a while since I have been on here. I have been working out, I just have not been keeping my page up to date. So riht now I am in Va Beach going through training that will allow me to go work with the SEALs. (Yes the Navy ones) While the training I am going through is not BUD/S it is close to being up there. I feel that I have already started to improve my body after just four weeks. I posted new pics and the improvement over the previous ones is outstanding. I cannot wait to see how far I will have come after the next four weeks, and eventually after weeks of working out with the SEALs.

To be adored by all. No I’m just kidding. I’m not that conceided. Well I am, but not openly. It would be nice to be oogled once in a while though. I keep wanting to take new pictures. I feel I am looking really really good, but I just keep forgetting to grab the camera. As I said in a previous post, I have been doing the Glass technique and is is working quite well. I started to get a little padding when I got the stomach flu. Ironic that I couldn’t eat a thing, but ended up gaining some fat. I guess that is a sign of goodness. I was loooking so good that not eating was effecting me way too negatively. Other than the obvious I mean. I used to lose a little fat when I got sick. What was this about again?

Well, it has been a very long time since I have updated this thing. I have been hitting the gym pretty hard at least three days a wekk for the past couple of months. I have slacked a lot in the Cardio area, but I am correcting that now. I was actually supposed to go for an extra walk after dinner, but it poured ass rain all night and I din’t feel like getting sick. I have noticed an increase in my size and I am quite pleased with the amount of muscle I am acruing. I am going home to Louisiana for Christmas and I want my family to be impressed with my change. I think they will be.
