Post Holiday Damage Control
Well, I ran the amount of days I wanted to, but I don’t think ity was enough to fight off the tempting amounts of home food I consumed ovr the holiday. I didn’t get too bolgy, but I did pack o a pound or two of body fat back. But now its back to the gym and hard core all the way. The diet and xercise are back on. Plus the wife has been watching the biggest loser alot and I think it is motivating her alot more.
