So Long Ago
Wow, it seems like so long ago when I last updated this. It is difficult to do this since the only chnace I get is at work and now I have people that sit behind me. Its not the not working they would mind, it’s more of the scantilly clad beautiful women on the page they mind. So I guess it will probably be a little bit before I update again. My working out is oging great. I am seeing some incredible results and I feel awesome. I rerally stepped it up since I will be going to Louisiana for the holidays and won’t be able to hit the gym. I’ll be able to run, but I will also have the temptation of all that Cajun food… but I will remain strong and defiant.
