Just Another Entry
Tuesday, November 20th, 2007Well, it has been a very long time since I have updated this thing. I have been hitting the gym pretty hard at least three days a wekk for the past couple of months. I have slacked a lot in the Cardio area, but I am correcting that now. I was actually supposed to go for an extra walk after dinner, but it poured ass rain all night and I din’t feel like getting sick. I have noticed an increase in my size and I am quite pleased with the amount of muscle I am acruing. I am going home to Louisiana for Christmas and I want my family to be impressed with my change. I think they will be.
