I Don’t Feel it Today

I know being me makes it difficult to tell exactly how well I am doing, but sometimes I can see and I feel it.  For some reason today, I just don’t feel it.  It feels as tohugh my work is producing nothin.  This may be attributed to the fact that today is not a lifting day, but that usually doesn’t phase me.  I will run today and maybe that will make me feel better.

Well, I had alot of fun in Vegas.  There was no gym in the hotel so all I got to do was push ups and sit ups.  I stayed in ok shape while I was there.  But now I am back and I am ready to go full force.  My back is even feeling better so I can start in on it too.  Time to turn to.

Vegas Baby!!!!!

Well, tonight I go to Vegas for 5 days.  I am really excited.  I am putting off the journal while I am there because this is supposed to be a VA-CA-TION.  But I will strive to continue to eat well.  And if the hotel has a gym, I may go once or twice.  If all else fails, I will just do pushups and sit-ups.

First Days Under “New Management”

So after a couple of days under the new recording standards I have found out how badly my diet was fulctuating.  One daye eating very well, I consumed less than 1500 calories, while the next day I had a whopper and fries and my caloric intake jumped to 2100.  So, I can see already that this journal is going to pay off all the way.

Other than the fact that I cannot spell, I have decided I really will try to compete.  I have played with the facts in my head and finally I want to just do it (sorry Nike).  I may not have a chance, but hey.  I have decided that my main obsticle is my diet.  I have the issue of always eating what my wife cooks.  I believe the solution is to keep a hard copy diet and work out journal.  Probably one of those black and white note books and write down everything I eat and all my exercises and my weight every morning.  Maybe my measurements every couple of days.  I will update on here too, just not everyday.  Wish me luck.
