Well, today I woke up and looked in the mirror in utter disappointment. I worked out pretty hard yesterday. I felt so good when I got home, and the plan was to work out a littlem ore that night. You know what that work out consisted of? Lifting a quarter pounder w/ cheese to my mouth! What was I thinking. I had done oober amounts of leg raises and a few more sit ups than normal, and wasted it all away by eating a cheese burger right before bed. What am I retarded? I know better than that. If I didn’t have TKD tonight I’d hit the gym all over again. Dumb Dumb Dumb!
