So I started softball season. First practice was monday, and Ican still barely move. I didn’t realize how long it had been since I played ball. I have to say that I may have hustled a little more than I had too, butI just really wanted to be on the team. I think i found new musclesin my butt, because it hurts soooo good. I can’t wait for the nest practice.

Well, if you read my post from Friday, you know that I finally got a legs day into my schedule. Well, I have to say I am disappointed. I didn’t realize that the little gym I go to only had three legs machines, and they are all upper legs. I got to do some lower leg stuff, but not what I wanted to. I guess this means I mayhave to go to the big gym for leg day from now on. Al so today I start softball practice. I amkind of excited since it hasbeen a little while snce I have playeda sport.

Well, I have been on my current work out program for about two weeks now, and it seems every time I come to a legs day, something happens. The first day, was V-day so I had to skip the gym to make for dinner reservations, and the second day was a day when my wife and I were supposed to go to the gym together, but the gym child center would take our son. She was so pissed we ended up going home. Granted, I could have stayed and worked out (I had my motorcycle) but it just wouldn’t have been right. But today, today I finally have a chance to work the leggage. I am a little excited. My legs seem to gain muscle fairly easy, and plus I love flexing my thighs and seeing the results ofa good workout.

It has dawned on me that I have been trying to motivate all wrong. I found that to properly be motivated, your motivation must 50/50. Something that makes you angry, and something that makes you happy. For instance, my angry thing is the fact that somewhere on this site is a 17 yo girl with bigger arms than me. My happy thing is the looks I get when I look nice a cut. That is great motivation for me to push myself just thatmuch more. Just a thought.

Well, tuesday was my first targeted work out. I did chest/tris/back. I must have done something right because here it is thursday, and I still hurt like hell. Today isbis/neck/shoulders/forearm. Hopefuly I get a great work outagain. I feel like Iammaking some great progress.

Well, I finally got a list of goals. Of course, the moment I do, I get a little sick. But I do have goals now. I hopefuly will be able to read those goals. If not it is ok. My first goal sheet is more of a test to see, with my current schedule, how fast I can attain my goals. Wish me luck.

Well, since the doctor cleared me for lifting the other day, it has been high gear. Well, it feels so good. I missed the feel of the muscle destruction. There was almost a piece of me mising when I couldn’t work out. Of course I’m not at 100% yet, but I’m getting there.

Well, I had my last doctor appointment with the doctor about my collar bone taday. Apparently I have done an excellent job helping it heal. He said I can start lifting more weight whenever I feel ready. YAAAAAAAY!!!!! Now I guess its time to get it back in high gear.
