Well, Dec 29, 2006 was a very disastrous day for me. I ride a motorcycle everyday practically, and have been very lucky to never drop it. Well on the day in question, I decided to go moto-cross on the North shore. I figured my experience riding would help. Well, I was wrong. 30 minutes into the day went off the top of a birm and landed on my houlder, breaking my collar bone. All of a sudden my world went from working out and running at least 5 days a week, to not even being able to lift my own son, or bathe myself. But as the late Qui Gon Jin said, "Your focus determines your reality." And thats what I went off of. (Yes I know I’m a Dork) Here I am 2 weeks later, and I am back running, and tomorrow will be my testing of if I can work out. I still feel some pain every now and again, and I still have a huge bruise across my chest, but all in all I feel great. Wish me luck.
