Almost missed the Wagon!!!
Thursday, November 30th, 2006Well, I thought it would be soooo easy to hop back on the workout wagon after a day of pizza and soda. I was wrong. But, I have a workout room in where I work and I work 12 hour days for the next 10 days. I figure just random pop ins should help me out as I struggle to get back to my routine. My back has been hurting a little too. That has put a real damper on my running. But I’m getting back. Plus soon I should be upgrading supplements to Lipo-6, and Optima Gold Whey. YAY!
