Yesterday, our regular gym was closed, so Mrs G and I went to our "stand by" gym. A good gym, just not our favorite.
So it ended up that we were both doing legs and Mrs G need some help calibrating to a different leg press apparatus. Normally we don’t train together, but it ended up that we did yesterday and it was good.
My quads are a bit sore today as are my calfs and glutes. Too bad the hams are not 
Mrs G is hurting (in a good way) big time. Quads, hams, glutes, calfs, they all are sore.
What is it about training with a hottie that makes a man push harder? (if you didn’t guess, thats a rhetorical question 
Although Mrs G does not push the same poundages as I do, (Thank goodness) She still pushes around some respectable weights and I have it in my head that there is a ratio, which I will not divulge, between Mrs G’s poundages and my own.
When she hits it hard, I feel compelled to do so as well.
Well, anyway, it paid off. It was a good training day.
Today was a back and bicep day - good enough.
A little latter, I’m going to do some boxing training with the heavy bag/speed bag/ double ended bag.
