Shoulders day!
Behind the head barbell press w/ Suicide Grip 4 x 12, 11, 11, 10, 20 (Dropped 5lbs every set then dropped 50% for last)
Cable Machine Shoulder Press 4 x 15, 13, 11, 7, 20 (Added 1 plate on the stack each set then dropped half way down)
Lateral Raises 3 x 10
Rear Delt Raises 3 x 10
Front Delt Raises to the inside (to hit upper inner chest too) 3 x 10

This is my first post and from now on I’m going to keep track of what I did working out and post any helpful tips I have for anyone. Also, a head’s up to everyone out there. I’m launching a new supplement website, but it’s not quite ready for the public yet. I’ll let you know as soon we’re ready. Anyways….
Today was Back day, one of my favorites!
Seated Rows 4 x 15, 12, 8, 20 (I increased in weight each set until #4, I dropped way down)
Wide-Grip, Hands-In Pulldowns - 4 x 5, 5, 5, 5 (Increased one plate in the stack each set)
Single Arm Dumbell Rows 3 x 12, 10, 10 (Used 90lbs each set)
Shrugs 4 x 20 (On Shrug machine with 320 lbs on it)
Straight-arm pulldowns 3 x 12 (Increased in weight each set)
Calves 3 x 10 & 3 x 20 (Light sets first)
