The Jury is still out…and in disagreement

Steroids vs. supplements.  As far as benefits it was /is sort of like USC’s butchering of Virginia in the first game of the year.  I have to agree with trixter747 as far as biochem and thermodynamics is that supps will never be any way near as growth promoting as steroids.  I have a budget and that budget is pretty maxed out in waxymaize, dextrose, glutamine, creatine, whey protein grouping.  Time and diligence appear to be in order as usual.  Maybe guided imagery may add something to that as well.  If it can work for healing it should be able to work for mass gaining.

I tried those Gaspari test boosters and I must be a fem as they changed nothing after 8 weeks.  Growth patterns remained consistent, hair loss may have actually increased though. So I will just smile and lift, get my lean protein, cut the fat and say my prayers.

Today is back and shoulders. For some reason this workout makes me sweat even more than leg day.  I do not mind this one bit.  I heard someone say it is a good day if you sweat and laugh.  So here’s to ya!

I’ve found a good gainer, multi-source protein blend (my preference versus straight whey), and kre-alkalyn are all the basics I need. That, and where I get my stuff is pretty darn cheap. Throw in a pre-workout blend, most of the time, too. Finding products that have all you need in it already will save a lot of coin, which of course then just gets spent on good food… Hit me up when your stocks start running low and I may have some good suggestions!

Greg have you ever tried Tribulus terrestris? It’s been known to boost testosterone levels.
