History Channel on Steroids

Friday, February 15th, 2008

Any of you guys and gals see this?  Wow, what an eye opener.  I have never used steroids and did play with the idea of taking them but never seriously.  Some people were taking 100 times the "natural" levels.  After seeing some pictures here and hearing Roger on the news I know a lot of people are using and denying it.  So, my favorite is still proportion.  Perfect size and shape not bulk.  Of course my test levels are not as high as a 20 year old man and so with a bit of "sour grapes"  I progress on.  Hopefully the wine I produce through lifting and cardio will be sweeter than the grapes I cannot reach or choose not to reach through the use of steroids.  The formula is the same as with meditation.  A moment to learn a lifetime to perfect.  Just keep lifting, cardio, eating right and see where I go…

Too Long

Tuesday, February 12th, 2008

Well after being assassinated by the flu I have climbed back into the saddle.  Nay, launched into the saddle.  After testing my heart with 45 mins of hard cardio I seem to have repaired nicely.  I was not aware the flu would give me such myalgias!  Maybe with more mass you get more muscle pain even though it is healthier.  The neuralgia went by fast too but it did feel like there for awhile someone was ripping out my spine and hips while the fever was at 103 for 2 days. Yuk.  The weakness did persist for another week after the first week.  So, after looking at my friends group I am ripe and motivated to go back on the attack.  Actually Amy Kessler’s pictures are very motivating.  45 years old and look like that wow!
