The Range
After punching out about 100 rounds with each of the guns they are now well worn, sore , swollen and achy. As I expected though that one week off was quite the benefit. I went up a weight in all the exercises save one on the triceps. But, balls to the wall or what. I had to make and check myself as far as technique. You know how when it comes to crunch time on the last two sets some people become contortionists and look like they are having an out of body experience to get the last reps up? Well, not me. I just breath and watch the bicep slowly go the opposite direction from up, even though I am telling it up. LOL But, for the hour of exertion-it was worth it.
