Weight is climbing
5 lbs in one week with the re-addition of the creatine and novodex. I will only do a month course of the novodex though not 8 weeks. Leg day was not fun as usual but I added straight leg dead lifts at lower weight and higher reps. The last time-even with perfect technique- 310 lbs left an incredible amount of pressure on my lower spine. I knew I did not want to blow a disc. So I stopped and restarted lower and more reps. Felt much better and the soreness factor is still there. So I officially hit the 220 mark well, actually 221. So 9 lbs to reach my 230 goal…but it has to be with the same BF content. I guess I could gorge on bear claws, Ho Hos and ding dongs but I am sure the lifting stats would not dramatically increase.
I was laughing at Katnap’s blog this AM because as she said, as the weather gets colder you expect to see more clothes on people instead of less. Well, I told her not only did I add a T-shirt to my latest photo but a hat as well. Anyway. Happy lifting y’all!
