Sunday morning and loading plates before the "sand" is out of my eyes I thought I ws loading the right plates. Well it was 20 lbs heavier than I was "supposed" to do and it felt a little harder but I figured it was Sunday morning so I just pushed harder. Of course it wasn’t until after I was done that I realized I did myself 20 lbs better. Which led to the standard revelation that what you think you do, you do. Sometimes if you don’t know any better you can excel. Of the course the feeling in the PECS is similar to under muscle breast augmentation today but, it will only get worse for the next 2 days then lay off.Have there been any studies or is it bodybuilding common sense that muscles are repairing when sore so protein intake should be at a premium? I know about within the first 1 hour of lifting but what about during the "soreness phase.?" Guess it does not matter since there is some sore part of me all the time!!!
