Gym recalibration

I noticed that when I go to the gym I have to recalibrate from from the weights I do at home to the weight I press on the machines.  I love the body Masters style of hybrid machine with free weights.  But it seems like I need 20 +/- pounds to hit the same reps.  The strait machines on the otherhand require about 40 added pounds.  The isolation from the Body Masters hybrids though is awesome.  They really do know how to isolate muscles based on movement.  I still incorporate about 50% free weight and 50% machine to round things out.  Little balancing accessory movements don’t come into play with machines and it is noticable when I use the free weights.  I have officially sold my bench and free weights at home so I am bound to the gym.  But hey, great views, good company and hard work are all there for the taking.

If any of you read this and use a tanning agent what do you use?  I used the cheap Lancome bronzer but it faded away in 3 days!  I want it to look natural but not like I have a white face while the rest of my body looks like it’s covered with oily looking, cocoa colored expoxy resin!
