Goals
What are goals and how do you acheive them? Whose goals are they, yours or someone elses? If I thought I could have the growth potential of a 25 yo male and I was a 40 yo female I would be giving myself a very difficult goal. Not unattainable but it would require perfection in mind, body and spirit to acheive it. Growth is what you push for. As they say each journey starts with the first step. I fyou focus on making that first step the best possible after awhile you will have put together an unbroken chain of excellence. Giving your all in technique, rep, set, seesion you will accel. Sometimes goals limit us and allow us to slack off if the goals are not stringent enough and lead to disappointment if they are too high. My goal is the here and now, to make this instance heaven, here right now. Is there really anyother time?
