4 Day re-coup
Well, I gave myself permission for 4 days off to rest and repair so I would not have to do it later. It is a good thing. Catch up on sleep, let muscles and tendons fully repair and gives me juice to hit the weights hard. I am looking forward to getting back on track. Diet issues were not a problem. Cooked a turkey breast, bought lots of Chicken and Tuna and will continue to push on. Well it is Monday anyway and time to get off the rest wagon and join the work week as well as the normal weight week.
