Tired
Need more sleep to complete my training. I started taking the creatine again today. I hope to avoid the associated nausea. Lift day-Tris, calves, deadlift, etc…(which means I forgot the rest without my workout journal handy.) Holiday stress too from the ex who wants more money. You would think $1800 for three kids would be enough when you’re almost bankrupt and in debt. Helps with the weight lifting when you add piss to your workout!
