Even though it’s Christmas the training must go on. Cardio 30 minutes. Squats, leg raises, conc. curls and wide grip curls. I learned by accident I could do my lat work like a row by using the preacher curl attachment with out the arm rest. Anyone else do this or did I just discover fire while everyone else was using a flame thrower. Ha Ha. Well off to cook and prepare for the kids arrival for Christmas cheer and present opening.
