BAck pain
Well I took baldsnake’s advice and started the lats work with chin ups. I also added shrugs instead of upright row. I then got electric shocks about 2/3rds the way into each rep. I know the feeling. Something was rubbing on a nerve root or plexsus. It did not feel good. Eased up in 24 hours with some Aleve. My arms feel more tight today and feel bulkier. I do have to watch the wekends and prevent the weekend warrior complex but instead of activity it is eating!
