after workouts…."Some like it Hot " Body Softening Thermal Scrub….available at Target. With "self activating therminerals" …did they invent that word? I believe so. Anyway, when you rub it on your skin it really is hot. Great for sore muscles!

Sore muscles I have in abundance! Sounds like one of those things that (if youre a guy) they look at you funny at the checkout tho…lol
