That’s awesome dude. A personal best! That’s the great thing about bodybuilding. We’re really only competing against our old selves. Keep being smart by ramping up the weight only a little at a time. Pay attention to form. You’ll prevent injury and continue to get better.

Agree with MarkusWolf. Six months ago I was excited to lift 225. I am now up to 340 and feel like if I continue to train and lift with good form I can hit 400 by the end of the year. Keep it up!
