STARTING GREG’S FLAT ABS ROUNTINE

I FINISHED MY SUPERSET ROUNTINE WEEK, LAST WEEK! I TOOK OFF MON & TUES BECAUSE IT WAS SUCH A BITCH! THIS WEEK IS FLAT AB’S WEEK! THIS ROUNTINE TAKES  2 DAYS TO COMPLETE. ON THE  3RD DAY I REST THEN START ALL OVER AGAIN…HERE IT IS… PLANK AND SIDE PLANK WITH GRIPS HOLD 70 SECS…3 SETS .NEXT REVERSE CRUNCH WITH GRIPS,3SETS…NEXT PUSH UPS(20)DOWN POS. HOLD FOR 2 SEC…3 SETS(focus on tight abs)…HYPER EXTEN(15)…3 SETS…NEXT DEAD LIFTS 3 SETS…NEXT INCLINE BENCH(focus on tight abs),3 SETS  NEXT STANDING MIL PRESS,3 SETS…NEXT DAY DECLINE PUSH-UPS(15) HOLD FOR 2 SEC, NEXT BENCH DIPS(focus on tight abs) 3sets,squats,3 sets. next decline bench press(focus on tight abs),3 sets. next bone crusher(focus on tight abs),3 sets.next seated mil press,3 sets and last curls(focus on tight abs)…3 sets  if i have any energy left i try to do sets of flys(EXTRA)

FEELING STALE SO IT’S DRAWING TIME

THIS PAST WEEK I’VE BEEN DOING INTENSE SUPERSETS AND NOW I’M BEGINNING TO FEEL A LITTLE STALE WITH LITTLE OR NO ENERGY…SO IT’S DRAWING TIME TOMORROW MAYBE I’LL EVEN DO SOME OIL OR ACRYLIC PAINTING. I ONLY WORK 4 DAYS A WEEK TEACHING MATH(TUES-FRI) SO I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO THE REST. ANYWAY I’LL POST THE WORK(DRAWINGS/PAINTINGS) SOME TIME TOMORROW. TODAY I DID MY FINAL SUPERSET WHICH WAS PROBABLY A MISTAKE BUT AT THE TIME I FELT LIKE SUPERMAN AKA OLD SUPERMAN. I STARTED WITH 30 PUSH-UPS THEN 25 DECLINE SIT-UPS WITH 50LB DB  THEN LEG LIFT WITH GRIPS IN A DOUBLE CRUNCH POSITION THIS IS ONE SET REST 1 OR 2 MINS DO 3 SETS…THEN SEATED MIL PRESS (12) THEN DECLINE BENCH(10) THEN CURLS(10) THIS IS ONE SET AGAIN REST 1 OR 2 MINS DO 3 SETS…SQUATS(7),INCLINE FLY(10) THEN PREACHER CURLS(10) …THIS IS ONE SET DO 3 FINALLY STANDING MIL PRESS (10) THEN PLANK/SIDE PLANKS(HOLD EACH ONE 70 SECS WITH GRIPS) WITH GRIPS AND FINALLY DIPS(15) THIS IS 1 SET DO 3…AGAIN THIS IS A REAL INTENSE W.O….I USE A LITTLE LIGHTER WEIGHT THAN NORMAL

SUPERSET ROUNTINE AND WORKING

I JUST STARTED WORKING AGAIN(TEACHING MATHEMATICS) AND I  FINISHED MY SUPERSET ROUNTINE….HELL IT WAS MUCH HARDER TO DO NOW THAT I’M WORKING…LET’S FACE IT NOT HAVING A JOB AND BEING ABLE TO LIFT ANY TIME  I WANTED TO HELPED !! I DIDN’T KNOW HOW GOOD I HAD IT…WELL HERE’S THE ROUNTINE START WITH PLANK/GRIP(see earlier post)  then decline sit ups with 50lb db then dips…this is one set ..i do 3 then decline push-ups, leg lifts with grips(earlier post) go tobench press…this is one set ..do 3 then mil press go to decline bench  then dead lifts this is one set do 3… squats then curls and finish  incline bench this is one set do 3….this is a mother of a w.o.

   I USE LESS WEIGHT WHEN I DO SUPER SETS…ALSO THEIR IS NO REST BETWEEN THE 3 EXER. ONLY REST IS BETWEEN SETS FROM 1 TO 2 MINS…THIS IS AN INTENSE W.O. BUT ALSO A SHORT(TIME) W.O.

GRANDPA FOR 3RD TIME !

THIS WEEKEND HAS BEEN BUSY. MY THIRD GRANDCHILD WAS BORN FRIDAY OCT 10. I ALSO PICKED UP A PART TIME JOB TEACHING MATHEMATICS. TEACHING HALF A DAY AND BEING SEMI RETIRED IS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING WITH CHILDREN AGAIN AFTER BEING RETIRED FOR 2 YRS. I STILL HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO WORK OUT.MONDAY I START MY NEW ROUNTINE

TODAY I’M 59

WELL TODAY I TURN 59 AND  I HAVE ONE YEAR TO REACH MY MAIN GOAL OF A 6-PACK AND UNDER 10% BF…..YESTERDAY WAS A BITCH OF A W.O….SOOOO IT’S REST DAY TODAY HO-HO!…CUTTING THE GRASS,TRIMMING THE HEDGE AND YARD,CLEANING SHUTTERS WILL TAKE MOST OF MY DAY THEN I’LL DO MY 30 TO 45 MINS CARDIO…SOME REST DAY BUT NO WEIGHT LIFTING OH YEAH  I NEED TO GET SOME WHEY AND CREATINE(B-DAY PRESENT TO MYSELF) SO I BETTER GO…HAVE A GREAT W.O. TODAY
