TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

I STARTED THIS W.O. ON MONDAY BUT THINGS CAME UP AND BY THE TIME I WAS FINISHED WASN’T IN THE MOOD TO W.O. NOR DID I HAVE ANY ENERGY LEFT.HELL IT’S TUES AND I STARTED MY TOTAL BODY W.O FIRST WITH 4SETS OF 30 REPS DECLINE PUSH-UPS THEN 4 SETS OF PLANK AND SIDE PLANKS WITH HAND GRIPS.I USE 70 SECS  WITH 20 SEC REST,THAT IS I DO THE PLANK 70 SEC WITH HAND GRIPS WHILE IN PLANK POS…THIS IS A REAL TRICK,REST 20 SEC THEN GO TO LEFT AND RIGHT PLANK HOLDING A HAND GRIP. I AGAIN REST 20 SEC BETWEEN EACH EX..THIS IS ONE SET. THEN I’M OFF TO LEG LIFTS WITH HAND GRIPS WHILE DOUBLE CRUNCHING..I HOLD THE DOUBLE CRUNCH FOR 10 SEC THEN V MY LEGS AND HOLD FOR ANOTHER 10SECS THIS IS ONE SET…I NEVER LET UP ON THE DOUBLE CRUNCH,THIS EXERCISE IS A REAL BITCHTHEN COMES BENCH DIPS WITH WEIGHTS(15)NOW I START WEIGHTS …WITH BENCH PRESS(FLAT,INCLINE,DECLINE),MIL PRESS(SEATED &STANDING).ROWS CURLS…TOMORROW I’LL FINISH THIS WITH BONE CRUSHER,SQUATS,DEAD LIFT,HYPER EX.,FLYS(INCLINE & FLAT)…OF COURSE I DO OR TRY TO DO CARDIO FOR 30 TO 45 MINS…SOOO IGHT NOW I’M PRETTY TIRED WITH SORENESS STARTING TO SET IN..I KNOW WHEN I FEEL THIS TYPE OF SORENESS IT’S GOOD SORENESS,,,THIS IS MY TOTAL BODY W.O.

DAY 2 OF MY FAST

WELL DAY 2 IS BIG-TIME SUCKY FEELING DAY! I GET PERIODS OF WEAKNESS FOR ABOUT 15 MINS THEN I FEEL FINE. I KNOW THAT THE WEAKNESS IS MY BODY  LETTING OUT ALLTHE BAD I LET IN(FOOD,BEER,ETC). I PLAN ON BREAKING THE FAST LATE TONIGHT SO I CAN GO TO THE KEYS FOR A LITTLE GROUPER FISHING. MON I WILL START BACK ON WEIGHTS!

GETTING STARTED AFTER THE WEEKEND

WELL TODAY’S MON AND I’M  THINKING I SURE WIMPED OUT WITH MY DIET SURE I HAD A GOOD EXCUSE WITH MY B-DAY AND FOOD BUTTTT I DID WIMP OUT SO NOW I’M MR EAT CLEAN . HELL I DIDN’T EVEN DRINK LITE BEER,DAM!WELL ANYWAY I STARTED MY EXERCISE AND I’M PUTTING MYSELF INTO A GOOD ONE ,THEN MY CARDIO FOR 45 MINS…MAYBE  BY THEN I’LL BE OUT OF MY WIMP STAGE…BACK OF MY MIND I’M THINKING 2 DAY FAST  AT THE END OF THE WEEK THIS SHOULD HELP!

SEPT 19…STARTING TO TURN UP MY CARDIO W.O.’S TO 6 TIMES A WEEK AT 35 TO 45 MINS…USING HAND GRIPS AND LIGHT DB’S WITH RIDING THE STAT BIKE…THIS REALLY MAKES THE CARDIO W.O. MUCH MORE INTENSE…I STILL WO WITH WEIGHTS 3 OR 4 TIMES A WEEK
