I did some cardio yesterday... one of the best sessions of my life actually... Sprint for 10 mins... pretty tough but i made it out alive.
Bad thing is, today i was deadlifting and i couldnt even do the usual starting 8 reps...
I tried and tried and it just felt like my legs couldnt make it...
Conclusion... dont do heavy cardio the day before deadlifting... unless you arent doing heavy lifts, of course... but who doesnt want to get the best of their workout?
