After Tuesday had no choice but to shut it down for the week, body just could not handle it anymore. Nice week off to get everything back to normal and refocus for the next 6 weeks. Excited to start a whole to training regime next week and get back to running again, been since I started bodybuilding. Goal for the half marathon is just to complete, nothing special. Weight is up to 184lbs this morning but expected at much. Water retention and depleting the body, with not eating to clean is the culprit. Would not be surprised to be back in the 170's again easily after the 1st week.
Up loaded some pictures through the years, some are pretty embarrassing. I can see the gaps where my eating took control and where at times I did not even workout in the least bit. Need to go back through from time to time to remind myself of this.
