I first started training in February 2009 with Karin Kimura at A2O Fitness. I started taking supplements that I manage myself through Metagenics, and scan my body with a BIA scanner. I wanted to trend fat pounds, lean pounds, BMR, and how healthy my cells are. 2/18/09 BMR = 1572 to 6/4/09 BMR = 1685
Fat Pounds 2/18/09 = 24.5 to 6/4/09 = 16.4 Lean Pounds 2/18/09 = 111.1 to 6/4/09 = 119 Lean % from 82% to currently 87.9% and fat % from 18% to 12.1%. TBW/Lean = 73.2 to 6/4/09 = 78.8. Phase angle has been increasing from 7.2 to 8.9. Progress may appear to be slow, but I feel is trending in the right direction: healthy tissues with more lean mass and less fat mass. Anyone else with experience in this area? How are you accounting for ICW and ECW?
