Thursday, December 11th, 2008Man its kinda frustrating but expected that gaining my strength back is pretty slow moving. I feel great and I’m having some awesome workouts since I’ve increased my carbs. I’m up to 150-170 on training days and 100-120 on non training. I’ve been slowly adding my carbs in each week or I follow the scale if I lose than I up my carbs by 20. Slow moving process but I’m enjoying the food. Training wise I’m following the tri-phase training by scivation but as soon as I get my calories high enough I’m switching to either Doggcrapp or Dorian Yates style training. I’ve had great success w/both styles, they are just really hard on your body I want to make sure I’m taking in enough calories to help with recovery.
