this month suck ass for my diet
Thursday, January 29th, 2009I need to start working harder on my diet on the weekends. I do great on the week days but as soon as friday comes around i go out guzzle down some beer, grub on about 2 dozen wings and what else is put in front of me. With the Cardnals in the playoffs and now in the superbowl it has been party after party. My work outs are great i made gains in all my workouts and it shows, but i still way the same as i when i started. My cardio has also been going down hill. I started 5 days a week for 30mins but now its more like 15 min 2 days a week. i just need to reset my self and just do it. I need to quit being lazing and get on the ball .
