I need to start working harder on my diet on the weekends. I do great on the week days but as soon as friday comes around i go out guzzle down some beer, grub on about 2 dozen wings and what else is put in front of me. With the Cardnals in the playoffs and now in the superbowl it has been party after party. My work outs are great i made gains in all my workouts and it shows, but i still way the same as i when i started. My cardio has also been going down hill. I started 5 days a week for 30mins but now its more like 15 min 2 days a week. i just need to reset my self and just do it. I need to quit being lazing and get on the ball .

Tommrow i start my journey on changing my mind and my body. i know that if you want to change your life first you got to change your reality. If you think that you are ment to be fat then you will not loose waight if you don’t change how you eat and take your mind to the next stage then how can you change your body. I know its not going to happen in a month or two but something that happens in little by little and this is a journey i am now ready to take. So for now thats it but as i start my quest i will right how i feel and how i am doing. So if you got some thoughts and tips for me i’m glad to hear them good or bad
