I am going to get some new progress pics done - it has been a while since i had any done - and i am interested to see the changes. Got a new training partner - Mufo - and this guy really knows his training - i teach others but this guy is like a walking training manual - he knows all the exercises - adds little things to a lot of them as well and you can really feel it working.

I don’t post here that often - usually run out of things to say - but recently began using Adrenol8 by Champion and must admit that it is a very good supplement.Just wondered if anyone else was using it - it seems to work well - and its well flavoured as well.
On another note - whilst it is not really a supplement - the best energy drink is - Zizzaz and that is beyond doubt.

There seems to be a total lack of choice for ladies in work out clothes - even the shop on this site offers very little - scandalously little in actual fact. Getting trendy or fashionable workout clothes is very difficult - especially if like me - you spend most of the day in them, due to working in a gym. So if anyone knows of a place - preferably internet with a full range of fashionable gym clothing - let me know.

I recently had the misfortune to see from 1st hand experience exactly what supersetting can do , if you are not hardy enough for its rigours. We have a couple of dynamic supersetters at the gym - they only ever superset! Well - hats off to them - because it frazzled me - i have never been so drained - its mind numbing - muscle squelching , bone bending stuff and exhausting to boot! I couldn’t handle a diet of that all the time and thats a fact. I have never seen these 2 do anything else however and they thrive on it! For me though - i’ll stick to the usual sets and reps at normal speed , not like a space shuttle attempting lift off!

Hi - i haven’t written in a while - but i am still hard at it - training and teaching in the gym! The summer so far is a bit of a damp squid - more rain than sun - but leastways its warm. Just discovered a great band - want to thank my friend Crush for these - Megaherz - real intellectual heavy rock. they only sing in German but are a real class act. if you just listen to one song of theres - listen to Gott sein - its great - really really great.

So i am very busy teaching the weights and still doing the cardio - and on top of that its summer ! I have been very busy trimming my abs - they really are the laziest muscle of the body. I suppose we all have a bit that we want to change - with me its the abs! Good news is the hard work is paying off - guess the instruction in weights was worth learning - its a valuable skill worth having.

Works going well , still booked solid for teaching in the weight room and still grinding out the aerobics. I have now offically dropped the Tae bo - its far too damaging on my tendons. Its not that its not a good way of keeping fit - it is a good way , just that all things consider the pressure on the tendons is too much for my body. Its probable that if i didn’t teach aerobics - the problem would be less noticable but all things considered it is the one fitness orientation that i like the least.

I have a full book of trainees, all men for weightroom training. I thought when i opted to get the qualification that i would probably be teaching mainly women - but no - wrong - men! Its not that i mind , just that , i heard a lot of women say , wouldn’t it be nice to have another women to show us this - thought it over , talked it over with the owner , got the certificate and where are the women? Teaching men is ok , i like it but the women just never seem to stay in the weight room for very long and thats a pity.
