Forever Young
It has been forever since I have had time to sit down and update my bodyspace. Trust me, I’m on this website a couple of times a week researching stuff. As of today, I can feel my legs again. It’s been a long battle trying to get back to normal. Just when I thought I was good to go I’d be back to square one. I have to rave how much I appreciate seeing people that live the healthy lifestyle in person. Most women would through a hissy fit and dumb girly grudges against a woman that is healthy and ripped. ( I don’t get girls sometimes…I grew up a tomboy and still prefer to hang out with guys due to the "No Drama" factor) My family went boating a few weeks ago and their was a girl in a teenie weenie bikini and was RIPPED. I noticed all of the girls around her were gossping about her…no doubt the neverending jealousy factor. I don’t get it. Point being, anytime I see a "living" example of a serious fit chick, I get such an motivation high that I work harder to get the body I want. YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL! Again, today I had a girl - granted the same age as I but with no children yet - came into my office to discuss business. She was super ripped and instead of knockin’ her, I can’t WAIT to get home and bust my butt in the gym. I don’t think age or weight really matter. It truly comes down to how you feel, look, and LIKE the way you look. Yes, I admit I am needing to take some of mine own advice… it is hard seeing people with flat stomaches that haven’t had the aftermath of pregnancy(s)… but to no avail I am driven and curious to see what I can create with the body I have and will forever own…. Rock on, ladies!
