started squating again

I squated for the first time the other day since the runners knee.  Felt good.  Went light, but got low.

I got my dead lift up to 285 the other day 3 sets of 1 and 1 set of 2

I maxed out 255

I did my max on bench for the first time ever and i did one rep of 255.  It was my first time doing 225 last week.  I am feeling pretty good about it.  my weight is at 197

Changes

Wednesday, November 7th, 2007

So i have some new progress pics up and i am seeing a little bit of a difference.  I have dropped about 20 lbs, and my weight is starting to increase and this time it is muscle.  I think i have gain maybe 3-4 lbs of new mass.  I still need to drop a bunch of fat and develop my way underdeveloped stomach.

First blog

Ok so my deal is I tore my hip flexor about 9 months ago and I am still in the process of healing.  Which means not riding bikes, running and very limited surfing.  I have been snowboarding but I defiantly pay for it after.

So I m walking 5 days a week about 3 miles to keep my weight down, I swim, do polities, and lift.

I am quite restricted which is very frustrating.
