I did my max on bench for the first time ever and i did one rep of 255. It was my first time doing 225 last week. I am feeling pretty good about it. my weight is at 197
So i have some new progress pics up and i am seeing a little bit of a difference. I have dropped about 20 lbs, and my weight is starting to increase and this time it is muscle. I think i have gain maybe 3-4 lbs of new mass. I still need to drop a bunch of fat and develop my way underdeveloped stomach.
Ok so my deal is I tore my hip flexor about 9 months ago and I am still in the process of healing. Which means not riding bikes, running and very limited surfing. I have been snowboarding but I defiantly pay for it after.
So I m walking 5 days a week about 3 miles to keep my weight down, I swim, do polities, and lift.
