on the 29th of september i will officially be 25 years old, a quarter of a century. so i decided, from that day i will put my heart and soul into training. in the hope of making an impact on the bnbf next year. no beer and no smokes! heavy weight and hi reps! can’t wait……

just started a new training routine this week ( see workout in profile ), was a good week of hard training, leaving the gym feeling pumped and waking up in the morning with doms! however i feel body parts could be switched around more to aid recovery between certain sets of muscles. anyone got any great ideas? any advise would be great.

Muscle imbalances……..

Help needed to find best way to sort out my imbalanced muscles, left lat thicker but right lower! front left delt half size of right ang left calf an inch smaller than the right! any advise would be great.
