					<description>thanks for the compliment. i am just trying to get the word out to people to use good form because i see too many people injuring them selfs because of bad form. Even stuff in magazines are not always that safe depending apon peoples previos injuries.</description>

					<description>You hit the nail on the head.  Shoulders, back, and knees.  Injure any one of these and you will be surprised what you CAN'T do in bodybuilding anymore - - -  until they heal.  Nice post.</description>
