Meal 1- 1/2 sweet potato
Workout- Warm-up 5 mins on treadmill, step-ups-2 sets 100 w/ 10lb DB, bench straddle hop-overs- 4 set of 30, crunches/leg raise superset 3 set 20/10. plie squats-3sets 15 dips-2set 15 leg ext-3 sets 15
meal 2- shrimp w/ rice, broth soup
Meal 3-grilled chicken/steak, mac n cheese (i know) went to a bbq for the game

Here’s the story of how I got to where I am today….
When I was younger I was skinny and always active, climbed trees with my older brothers, just always doing something…..around third or fourth grade I began gaining weight, around that time I was going through depression, doubting my self-worth,ZERO confidence…why you ask? For one around that time, something terrible happened in my life and i didn’t know how to cope, nor told anyone, so i dealt with it alone. Two, my family moved from a neighborhood where i grew up and had plenty of friends, popular girl in school to going to a predominantly white school, being the only black girl so of course i went through the racism…..Thirdly i was CONSTANTLY dragged through the mud emotionally on a daily basis dealing with torturous brothers who constantly made fun on my weight. So lets recap….traumatic experience following by life changing move followed by depression followed by eating followed by torment, I don’t know how I survived internally. I even thought about taking my own life bc i figured no one would miss me, not even my parents bc they rarely stuck up for me against my brothers, they thought it was just innocent brother behavior not knowing it was really killing me inside. So up until 15-16 years old when my older brother finally got kicked out the house, i had a chance to breathe and began working on my confidence…. I didn’t even wear a short sleeve shirt until I was 16!!!Thats how self-conscious i was. Anywho throughout middle and high school although being an athlete I still had an easy target…my weight, so whenever in a confrontation that was the first thing mentioned…..So finally went off to college, and after my first year of playing ball in 2003 i began losing the weight, dropped over 30lbs from march to september….a butterfly began to emerge!!!! so since 2003 I’ve been on the journey of becoming 100% happy, i went from 0% as a child/teenager to about 88% presently, its never too late. So now I find myself not cocky and conceited but sometimes i find myself gassing myself up a little too much, it weird because I think its my own mind’s way of self therapy, seeing where I came from mentally till now I kinda feel I have to, I have 11 years of catching up to do confidence wise……But i try to remain humble and remind myself that it can all be taken away so easily so just appreciate what you have, needless to say I’m trying to find a happy median, i don’t want to feel worthless and i don’t want to be a cocky bitch, lol….
I guess I wrote this to say parents always try to know whats going on in your childs life, kids have a way of showing you something is wrong even if they don’t tell you. Began building your kids confidence at a early age, tell them they are beautiful or handsome or funny, tell them you love them. Set the standard high for your kids so they know the type of people/friends they should have around and show them the type of signifant other they should have. Dads should demonstrate to the type of man their daughter should bring home, and Moms should show their sons the type of women their sons should date.

Meal 2- greek yogurt w/ straberries,granola,wheat germ,splenda
Meal 3- Tilapia and shrimp cook w/olive oil, panko crumbs, eggs white, cheese puffs, 2 alphalean pills, water
Workout- cardio 45 mins steps/treadmill/stepper
Meal 4- turkey sandwich from panera bread, 1/2 cup of tomato soup, water

Yesterday was officially day 31 of taking Meltdown, eating clean, and working out…..I’ve lost 7lbs!!! Today I weighed in at 184lb!!!
For the past week I’ve incorporated the Alphlean EFA pill into my diet and so far so good, beginning of the week i was 187, and now at the end of the week 3 lbs lighter, could alphalean be the cause of this??

Meal 2-shrimp stir-fry (15 shrimp, mushrooms,spinach,brocooli, asian mixed veggies) 2 alphalean pills
Workout- CARDIO- 15 treamill run, 12 mins stair climber intervals at level 12, 10 mins of row machine
Meal 3- Chicken wrap (chicken breast with chipotle lime sauce, jalepenos, lf cheese, lettuce,ff ranch), cheese puff, water, 2 alpha lean pills

Meal 1- Breakfast wrap - (3-4 oz ground turkey,2 egg white, salsa, ff sourcream, LF cheese, whole wheat wrap)….4 strawberries, 2 alphalean pills, water
Snack- 6oz greek yogurt w/ granola, wheat germ, 3 strawberries, splenda
Workout- Circuit legs- warm-up treadmill jog (5.5-6.5mph) 10 mins,
Circuit- plie squats w/ 35 lbs DB, Lunge on that inflated disk thingy (makes balance difficult, don’t know the name lol), step ups w/ 10lbs 3 sets 12-15 reps each. 1 set of plie squat SS 1 leg lunges (back foot on stepper) SS step ups SS Jump rope 12-15reps

meal 3- 2 tilapia filet cooked like previous day, 8 grilled shrimp w/ chipotle lime marinade, 1/2c brown rice 1/2 cup spanish whole grain rice, water, 2 alpha lean pills)
Meal 4- caesar sald w/ just dressing and turkey bacon crumbles. (ate this around 9:45, was getting hungry, water didn’t cut it

Meal 1- 1/2 cup oatmeal, 3 oz ground turkey made into patties, 2 eggs, 1 w/o yolk, 4 strawberries (couldn’t finish the oatmeal,full) water, 2 alpha-lean pills

Meal 3 - 4 oz ground turkey seasoned w/ old bay, 1 whole wheat wrap, low fat cheese, tomatoes,salsa, FF sour cream, lettuce……all natural cheese puff (yes their back!) water, 2 alpha lean pills
Meal 4 -Chicken parmigiana (made my way) boneless skinless chick breast, 1/4c panko breadcrumbs, whole wheat flour, egg white (cooked like previous tenders) topped w/ 1/8c of low-fat mozzerela cheese, sprinkle of parmesan for flavor, 1/4c marinara sauce , caesar salad w/ dressing tomatoes,sprinkle Parmesan cheese, 2 alpha lean pills
Meal 5-greek yogurt w/ splena, strawberries, granola, wheat germ

Meal 1- 1 1/2 c shredded wheat, 3 boiled eggs (1 w/ yolk), 2 alpha lean pills, 1 multi vitamin
Meal 2- jerk chicken breast and wing (removed skin) 1/2 sweet potato, crystal light peach tea, 2 alpha-lean pills
Snack- yoforia frozen yogurt w/ almonds slivers, pineapple,kiwi
Meal 4- Shrimp stir-fry - 14 large shrimp, mushrooms,broccoli,spinach, asian veggies, 1/2c brown rice, 2 tbsp of korean stir fry sauce (i measured so I wouldn’t drown everything in the sauce,lol) wild strawberry crystal light, 2 alpha lean pills
Haven’t worked out since friday……female issues preventing the workout, and no i’m not making a excuse, dr’s order) but hopefully i’ll be goo tomorrow!! My weight was at 187 this morning, +1lb since last week’s binging…….I’m back on it though.
