Workout- 5 mins cardio run warm-up,
Curcuit training(legs)-
Circuit 1- 3 sets 10/15/15,side lunges w/10lb weight, leg press , single leg step ups 20lb DB
Circuit 2- 3 sets 15/10 lying leg curls, ham curl w/ donkey calf machine (don’t ask lol)
Circuit 3- 3 sets 20/20 seated leg ext, seated leg curls
Donkey calf raises- 3 sets 20
MEal 2- shrimp/chicken/turk sausage boil w/ corn and red potatoes, brown rice
