meal 2-homemade pizza leftover made w/whole wheat,low fat/fat free mozzarella,tomato,chicken,turkey,onions,mush

Workout 2- chest/triceps- chest press 4 sets 15,12,10,8,6….DB chest press 20lb 3 set 15,12,10 superset w/ DB flye 5lbs 10 reps superset w/ DB tricep ext. 15lb 12reps.  Machine dips- 3 set 8

Meal 3- 1 apple w/ natural PB

Meal 4- baked chicken breast w/olive oil,lemon,garlic,seasoning.3 capari tomatoes roasted w/parm.ramono cheese,salt pepper parsley. Brussels sprouts (5) 1/2-3/4 cup brown rice. water 2 alpha lean pills, 1 multi vitamin,iron pill
