Day 38 Meltdown 4/9

Meal 1- 1/2 c oatmeal w/ pb, splenda, ff milk…..1 multi-vit,2 alphalean pills, 1 iron pill
Workout- first day of running outside (1 mile warm-up followed w/ interval sprints up a HUGE Hill ,10 sets)

Snack- multi-grain tortilla chips, ff salsa

Meal3- 2 tilapia filets cooked in olive oil and panko, caesar salad, chicken broth soup, water, 2 alphalean pills, 1 multi vitamin

Meal 4- 1 gala apple, PB multi-grain tortillas chips
